Announcing Two (2) Great Products

Our friend and partner, Doug and Kelley Lewis and their ELITEAM has done it again!

Two areas most ignored, or maybe least concentrated on, are the physical (strength and conditioning) skills and mental skills.  These two products address both of them.  Click here for a link to the whole document.   Check them out.  Maybe your home program could benefit from them.

"And a good time was had by all..."

2 time Olympian, Doug Lewis, and the ELITEAM were at Catamount Mountain Resort for a day of dry-land training .

If you weren't able to attend, you missed one fun event.  we'll be bringing it back next year.  Check back often.

Two (2) Information Packed Newsletters from Olympian Doug Lewis and ELITEAM

Once again, our friend and MAASRA partner, Olympian Doug Lewis, has sent us his ELITEAM newsletters.  They are jam packed with interesting information that will benefit all of us who read them.  Think of it, 180,000 Burpees and another of Doug's amazing, personal accomplishments - a 100 mile trail run, climbing 26,000 feet, in - get this - under 26 hours.

And, there is more... the importance of sleep, the new Food Labels, bodyweight exercises, focus....  Click here for the 1st newsletter and here for the second to take you to the newsletters.  (Be sure to read both.)

The dog days of summer are upon us.   You know them, the dog days or dog days of summer are the hot, sultry, humid days of late summer.  “DOG DAYS,” I, as many others, always thought the name came from those summer days so devastatingly hot that even dogs would lie around on the asphalt, panting.

he phrase actually had nothing to do with dogs, or even with the lazy days of summer.  Instead, it turns out, the dog days refer to the dog star, Sirius, and its position in the heavens - but... they can still be hot!
